This program covers a large range of consumers. Because the VIP Community Lending Program does not have any income or first-time homebuyer restrictions, it is much more encompassing than other similar programs. Furthermore, there are no pricing adjustments for credit scores. A 620-credit borrower will receive the same pricing as an 800-credit borrower.

The rate improvement depends on the specific property. Generally, lower priced properties receive a greater rate improvement, but all properties in the eligible zones receive a benefit. Reach out to us, and we would be happy to price out your specific property.
Buyers utilizing the VIP Community Lending Program are able to capture the benefit of lower interest rates, and in turn, lower monthly payments. This can allow buyers potentially qualify for more expensive properties or get into the price point they desire while spending less money per month.
YES! The VIP Community Lending Program is eligible for refinances, including cash out. Refinancing through this program will allow them to capture a lower interest rate than other options.
